Are you like me and need to organize all your files in one spot. Be sure to check out DropBox.com. This tool WILL save you hours trying to pass files from one person to the next. Say for example you have a team of VA’s, you can set up a Dropbox where they can drop reports or articles that they have created. You can also share application files which can help implement new software to the team members. The sky’s the limit on this. It keep everyone on the same page and you have the files anywhere in the world. How neat is that? AND MAC and PC friendly. Two Thumbs up!
